My deep condolences to the Tiesma Family. Art was a great and kind friend for many years, after joining a creative writing group for which I was the instructor. After the class concluded, the participants continued meeting and writing together right up until a few months ago.
I am very sorry I wasn’t able to attend the visitation or service for Art. I have many happy memories of him and Eda, and I know he will be greatly missed by all their family members and friends. Patricia Black

We want to express our condolences to the Tiesma family. We have lots of memories of all of you growing up while living on the same street in London. We had lots of discussions, celebrations and cups of coffee with Art and Eda. Such good friends and neighbours!

My deepest condolences to Art's family. For 27 years Art was an important part of our little writing group. I have included a picture from one of our annual summer socials at my trailer in Lakewood Christian Campgrounds, a place where I know Art and Eda experienced many wonderful hours. He will be missed
