Rest in peace Uncle Gary.
I will always think of the kindness you shared with me as a child. I remember you taking me to get me new shoes for school. I chose blue alagator print and just loved them! You helped me with homework and with social activities while in elementary school. As an adult you have me my spirt name. I remember you were so proud you couldn’t even wait to tell me. I know you are with my Mom and you are helping each other. That makes saying so long just the tiniest bit better. You had a great giggle! Straight from the belly. I will miss you.
Safe journey Uncle Gary. Hug Mom for me.
Condolences Aunt Darlene

To Gary Dickey's family,
I am very sorry to hear of Gary's passing. I extend my deepest condolences to all of you. You will surely miss him.
I had seen Gary for many years prior to 1983, but our paths had not crossed since then. Gary was always a kind, friendly, and sociable person. He was also very intelligent. It was a delight to discover that he had been teaching at Fanshaw College, applying his skills and expertise there. I always enjoyed our times together when he visited Gary and Grace McConnell (Grace is my sister).
May God grant you comfort and strength as you go through this difficult time of bereavement!
With sincere sympathy,
Mary Pearce
