Obituary of Selma Jeanette Rothfeld

In the comfort of her own home, surrounded by her children, peacefully and with dignity on April 12th, 2011 at the age of 88. Predeceased by the love of her life Jack. Survived by her brother and best friend Daniel Weinberger (Uncle Dan), her children, Debbie (Eitan Kushner) (Israel), Leah (Louis Harrison) (Oakville) and Michael (Erica Shuttleworth) (Toronto) and her treasured grandchildren Shani, Emily and Jared. Selma was an angel who touched so many with her kindness and generosity. She will be missed by all. Funeral services to be held at Or Shalom Synagogue, 534 Huron Street, London, Ontario on Thursday, April 14th at 3:00 p.m. with Rabbi Ammos Chorney officiating. Interment in Or Shalom Cemetery. Shiva will be observed Thursday evening, Friday, Saturday evening and Sunday morning at 14 Doon Drive, Unit 26. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Hadassah-WIZO (Youth Aliyah).
