Obituary of Robert Charles Griffiths

At L.H.S.C. on Tuesday, January 25, 2011 Robert Charles Griffiths of London. Bob was born November 24, 1937, the son of the late Pat (Eva) and Jack Griffiths. Beloved husband of Marguerite (Chisholm) Griffiths. Loving father of James Griffiths (Susan) and Mike Griffiths. Brother of Wendy Kendrick (Gary Newman). Grandfather to Jason, Jeffery, Lindsay, Jacob, Jonathan, Kenny and Thomas Griffiths and Brett and Adam Hyatt and predeceased by Jimmy (2002). Brother-in-law of David Chisholm (Mary), Gerald Chisholm (Wendy) and Chris Chisholm (Pat) and uncle to several nieces and nephews. “Mr. G.” to the many students he taught in his 34 years of teaching in elementary schools in Wallaceburg and London. Friends will be received at Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St. (between Waterloo and Colborne St.) on Wednesday, February 2, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Memorial Gathering will be held on Thursday, February 3rd at 1 p.m. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers donations to London Regional Cancer Centre or Children’s Hospital will be greatly appreciated.
