Obituary of Bill Pirgionas

Surrounded by his family, at L.H.S.C. University Hospital on Sunday, February 10, 2013 Bill Pirgionas of London in his 51st year. Beloved husband of Stella Pirgionas of London. Loving father of Eleni, Perry & Alex all at home, who adored their father and regarded him as their best friend. Dear son of Apostolia & his late father, Peter Pirgionas of London. Loving brother of Georgia & her husband Leo Sakellis of London and dear brother-in-law of Abbi & his wife Tracy Lezizidis & their children Grace, Sophia & Isabella. Survived by cousins, aunts, uncles and a never ending list of friends. He will be remembered as a solid, strong, exemplary family man with humility, genuine kindness and an infectious smile. Friends will be received at Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St. (between Waterloo and Colborne) on Wednesday from 6-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 131 Southdale Rd. W. on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at 1 p.m. with Father Elias Drossos officiating. Interment Woodland Cemetery. Prayers will be held in the chapel on Wednesday evening at 8 p.m. Friends who wish may make memorial donations to Diabetes Association or Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church.
