Dear Julie, Laurie, Sarah, and family. I was very sad to hear the news that Ross passed away. I worked with him at Veterans Affairs for many years and he was always a positive influence. He made the days there brighter for me, especially when I was new employee. He talked about his family with love and respect. He was one of the good guys. Take care. Regards Marianne Devereaux
