At London Health Sciences Centre, University Hospital on Monday May 17, 2004. Janice (Murray) Lewis of London in her 43rd year. Beloved daughter of David and his wife Shirley Murray and Olive Hemsworth and her husband Bob Breau all of London. Dear wife of Peter Lewis. Loving mother of Jennifer and Chad of London. Loved by 2 grandchildren Alythea and Ty. Dear sister of Larry, Steven, David and George all of London. Sadly missed by her co-workers at St. Joseph's Health Care. Friends will be received at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Road (one block east of Egerton) on Monday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday, May 25, 2004 at 1 p.m. Friends who wish may make memorial donations to the St. Joseph's Health Care Foundation.
