At his residence on Wednesday April 6, 2005. “Gary” Garnet Richard Thorne in his 70th year. Father of Doug, Larry (Rita), Brad (Annette), Brian (Jill) & Tom (Leanne). Grandfather of 7 grandchildren. Brother of Barbara (Brad) Rutherford and Norm (Shirley). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Leah & Garnet Thorne and brothers Ken & Rob. A Private Family Funeral Service will be held at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton) on Saturday April 9, 2005. Interment in Woodland Cemetery.
