Obituary of Tjerk "Jack" Mook

In loving memory of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who, on April 23, 2009 was taken home to his Lord and Saviour in his 81st year. Dearest husband of Trudy Mook for over 56 years, father of Helen (Gary) Bierman, Eric (Deb) Mook, and Debbie (Phil) Visser, grandfather to Christopher (Deborah) Bierman, Lori-Anne (Robert) Elvsen, Ian (Carmen) Bierman, Kyle Mook, Allison Mook, Melissa Visser, and Stephen Visser, and great grandfather (Opa) to Alicia Elvsen. Loved by so many more. Also survived by 8 sisters & brothers and many nieces & nephews. Predeceased by 2 sisters & 1 brother. Family will receive friends at Bethel Christian Reformed Church, 716 Classic Drive (off Gore Rd.), London, on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9pm. Funeral service will be conducted in the church on Tuesday, April 28, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. John Van Til officiating. Interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
