Obituary of Evelyn Veronica Irwin

Peacefully, with family by her side, at Parkwood Hospital on Wednesday, May 12, 2010, Evelyn passed away, in her 65th year, after a courageous battle with cancer. Cherished wife of Howard, of 46 years. Loving mother of Veronica (Adrien) Cormier, Christina Irwin (Ray), Howard Irwin Jr. & Anthony Irwin (Natasha). Grandmother of Courtney Conway & Matthew Kendrick. “BFF” and cherished great-grandmother of Sonya Lynn. Sister of William (Allison) Arsenault, Scott (Terri-lee) Arsenault & Joseph (Cheryl) Arsenault and sister-in-law of Ronald S. Irwin of Edmonton. Predeceased by parents Gerald (2009) & Caroline (2002) Arsenault. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. At Evelyn’s request there will be no funeral home visitation or service. Cremation has taken place. Donations to the Parkwood Hospital, Palliative Care Unit, or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
