Obituary of Corinthia Corrie' Wilson, R.N.

Corinthia “Corrie” Wilson, R.N., (nee Aikins), of London, in her 90th year, passed away peacefully on Tuesday January 20, 2004, at Country Terrace Long Term Care Facility. Predeceased by her husband John Wilson (1992). Loving mother of Pat & her husband Dennis Woodbridge, Lynda & her husband Gerry Roberts, all of London, and Ken & his wife Carmen of Parry Sound. Dear grandmother of Patrice & her husband Robert Hodgins, Dennis Woodbridge Jr. & his wife Sandi, Matthew Woodbridge & his wife Barbara, and Tom Roberts, all of London. Great-grandmother of Jacob, Kaitlin & Madelyn Woodbridge, and Julia Hodgins. Corrie graduated as an R.N. from Victoria Hospital School of Nursing in 1939, and nursed at Victoria Hospital until her retirement. Friends will be received at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd., on Thursday January 22, 2004, from 12:30-1:30 pm. Funeral service will follow in the chapel at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Carol Reardon-McKenzie officiating. Interment in Mount Pleasant Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, would be appreciated by the family.
