To The Karcz Family: Please accept my deepest synpathies on the passing of your Steve . . . I've been with him a number of times since he and Terry married and found him very personable company. I also enjoyed his original perceptions and views, the breadth of his knowledge. The world has lost a good person. I took the liberty of having Evans Funeral Home planting yet another tree in his memory. Paul Huebert (Terry's Uncle)

Debbie, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this difficult time. You and I had spoken on occasion over Steven and I was saddened to hear of his illness. I remember him from years ago with Oma and Opa. I will hold on to those wonderful memories in East London. Please also accept condolences on behalf of my parents, Renate & Ehrhard Kuhlmann, to your mom and dad and family. It won't be easy, but try to remember the good times. Sincerely, Inge

I was truly stunned by the news of Steven's passing. I have great memories of the kids I grew up with on Park Ave. Steven, Debbie, the Meldrum boys and others were a huge part of my childhood playtime. I believe Steven and I were in the same class all through grade school at Sir Winston Churchill P.S., and I have often relayed to my own children how I used to race him home from school. For some reason, I thought I could outrun him. He was a fast runner and always accepted my challenge...I don't think I ever won though. Please know, that the Park Ave. neighborhood is very dear to me in my heart, and everyone, including Steven, will always be fondly remembered. With deepest condolences, Marg (Dinelt) Allen
