Obituary of Dorothy Beatrice Crowther (Coulthard)

Surrounded by her loving family at Victoria Hospital on Thursday, December 20, 2012 Dorothy quietly passed away at the age of 89. She was the beloved wife of the late Stanley Crowther (1978). Missing her dearly are her three children, Gary and wife Gill, Doug and wife Sharon and Cindy and husband Dale Fischer. Dorothy was the wonderful grandmother of Mark (Roberta) and Brent (Susanne), Grahame (Laura), Kim (Jim) and Karen and Julie (Alan) and Lisa (Kevin). She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren of whom she enjoyed spoiling immensely. Her witty humour, passion for life and generous, kind spirit will be missed by all. Family and friends will be received at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton St.), on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9pm. Funeral service will be conducted in King Street Community Church, 649 King St. (1 block east of Adelaide), on Monday, December 24, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Troy Dingwell officiating. Interment in St. Mary’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, charitable donations to King Street Community Church or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
