Obituary of Sharon Elizabeth Smith

Peacefully surrounded by her family at L.H.S.C.-University Hospital, London, ON on Saturday, October 19, 2013 passed away in her 61st year. She will be sadly missed by her Mother Elizabeth, children Kathy, Robert, Shawn & Jay Jay (Crystal), 10 Grandchildren & 3 Great-Grandchildren. Survived by her siblings Gerald, Diane (Doug) and Patricia (Brent). Predeceased by her Father Gerald Smith, and brother Jay. The Family would like to extend a special thanks to the 7th floor staff at L.H.S.C.-University Hospital for all their care and support. Cremation has taken place. Friends and family will be received at the Moose Lodge 1205 (6 Weston Street, London, ON) on Thursday, October 24, 2013 from 2 p.m. – 6 p.m. for a memorial gathering to celebrate the life of Sharon Smith.
