Obituary of Brian Wayne "Jake" Jacobs

Unexpectedly, Brian passed away at home on Sunday, June 13, 2010 in his 57th year. Loving father of Jeremy & Justin and grandfather of Georgia & Jackson. Beloved son of Jeanne & the late Bob Jacobs. Dear brother of Lynne & Judy. Jake will always be remembered by his many friends & loved ones. Visitation will be held at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton St.), on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A Memorial Service will be held in the Evans Chapel on Friday, June 18, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. Donations to the MS Society (Multiple Sclerosis)would be appreciated by the family.
