Obituary of Charles Robert "Bob" Blois
Peacefully, surrounded by his family, on Sunday, March 27, 2016 at age 62, Charles Robert "Bob" Blois passed away after a short but courageous battle with cancer. He leaves behind his best friend and wife of 42 years Barbara Denise Blois. Bob also leaves behind his four beautiful daughters Crystal (Steven), Jennifer, Stacey (Ryan) & Karolyn (Jamie). Missing their "Papa" today are Morgan (Tyler), Madison, Trysta, Mackenzie, Aidan & Jacob and great-grandsons Alex & Oliver. Dear brother of Anne (Ken), Sandy (deceased), Kevin (Dale), Tom (Nancy), Mike (Sheila), Larry (deceased) (Pam), Susan (Ian), Tony (Lisa). Bob is predeceased by his parents William & Rita Blois. Bob will be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and his dog Buddy.
A special thanks goes out to Dr. Walter Friesen, a true friend to Bob, and the nurses & staff at LHSC C6-100 Palliative Care Unit, "You are all true angels."
Visitation will be held at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Road, London (1 block east of Egerton St.), on Thursday from 7-9 p.m and Friday from 12-1pm. A Celebration of Bob’s Life will follow in the Evans Chapel on Friday, April 1, 2016 at 1:00 p.m.
