Obituary of Anne Monteith (nee Pavlus)

On Thursday, September 5, 2013 at Victoria Hospital, L.H.S.C., Anne passed away in her 89th year. Greatly missed by her children Ron (Vanessa Magness), Ellen (Arn Brown) & Bonnie (Mark van Dommelen). Fondly remembered by Rick McIntyre (Sandy). Grandmother to Vanessa Winters & Sean Brown. Great-Grandmother to Jack & Sam Winters. Survived by her sister Helen Roelofsen. Special Mom to Ingrid Rosell. Forever in the hearts of David Winters along with many nieces & nephews. Predeceased by her husband Harry (1997), sister Mary Cupedro and infant daughter Marnie. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the ACE unit and Dr. Dulay at Victoria Hospital along with all the staff at Grand Wood Park for all their care and support. Friends will be received at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton), on Monday, September 9, 2013 from 2-4 & 7- 9 p.m. A Celebration of Anne's Life will be held on Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the Evans Chapel with Rev. Frank Mantz officiating. Interment in Woodland Cemetery. Those who wish may make memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society in memory of Mrs. Monteith.
