Obituary of Margaret "Lily" Dixon (nee Lovell)

Peacefully, at Middlesex Terrace Nursing Home, on Friday, September 23, 2016 Lily passed away in her 86th year. Beloved wife of the late Thomas Dixon (2003). Loving mother of Terrence (Antonette), Mary Lou (Bill) Murray, Timothy (his late wife Chris), Michael (Nora) and the late Daniel Andrew Dixon (1995). "Grandma with the beads" to several grandchildren, great-grandchildren & great-great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Alf (Pauline) and predeceased by Jean (Don) Tiffany & Archie (Derline) Lovell. Fondly remembered by many nieces & nephews. Special thanks to all the staff at Middlesex Terrace for their amazing care of Lily. Visitation will be held at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton St.), on Thursday, September 29, 2016 from 10-11am. A Memorial Celebration of Lily’s Life will follow in the Evans Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
