Obituary of Tom Drennan
Drennan, Thomas Young “Tom / Tommy”
Peacefully, surrounded by family, at home, on September 1, 2024, Tom passed away in his 92nd year.
Loving husband of Elizabeth “Betty” Drennan (McGaffin) for 70 years, and father of Isabel (Dave), Tom (Estelle), Jacqueline (Dereck) & Alex (Chris), all of London. Cherished grandfather of Andrew (Fabiana), Kate, Justine (Andrew), Luke (Madison), Colin & Curtis and great-grandfather of Nina, Callum & Isla. Dear brother of Margaret, Marion, Andrew, Joe, Victor & Rose and predeceased by sisters Flora & Kathy and brother Robert, all of Scotland. Tommy will be remembered by many nieces, nephews and family in Scotland.
After immigrating to Canada over 60 years ago Tom worked hard to make a better life for his family and was the Founder of Drennan Refrigeration. Tom & Betty were longtime members of the Burns Club.
Visitation will be held at the Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St., London, ON, on Friday, September 6, 2024 from 3-4 pm. A Memorial Service to Celebrate Tom’s Life will follow in the Logan Chapel at 4 pm. Interment of ashes later in Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
