Obituary of Marilyn Garland

Peacefully, at Kipling Acres Nursing Home, Toronto, on Monday, November 7, 2016, Marilyn passed away in her 80th year. Loving mother to Kerry (Liz) & Micheal (Dawn), both of Toronto, and grandmother of Stacey, Bobby, Sean, Kyle & Adam. Dear sister of Barbara Golembiski & Sandra (James) Clark. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Marilyn worked many years as a switchboard operator in the Hospitality Industry and later for Adidas Canada. In her retirement Marilyn was a dedicated volunteer for the Salvation Army & Men’s Mission. Visitation will be held at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton St.), London, on Thursday, November 10, 2016 from 1-2pm. Memorial service to follow in the Evans Chapel at 2:00 p.m. Interment in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
