Obituary of Gerry Lepitre

Gerry passed away on April 29th, 2024 at LHSC after a short but courageous battle with cancer. Maxine (nee Karges), his wife, and best friend of 49 years was by his side.

Gerry was born in Beebe Quebec on May 23rd, 1948, son of the late Gerald and Carrie Lepitre.

He is survived by his son Jeff (Grace) and his brother Larry (Mary). Special Grampi to Kristin and Danielle (Fatima), Thea and Leo (Grace). Loved by nieces Chelle and Sirena as well as nephews Brady and Justin. Great Uncle to Jaxon, Eliane and Skye. Dearly missed by his extended family.

Gerry was a skilled carpenter and baker. He enjoyed wildlife photography, fishing, hiking, camping and hosting backyard fish fries. Gerry was an avid Blue Jays supporter and enjoyed keeping in touch with his many Facebook friends.

Special thanks to his niece Chelle for her support and assistance throughout.

Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at a later time.

Donations may be made to the London Humane Society, because of his love of dogs.
