Obituary of Roberta Ann Sweet

Peacefully, at PeopleCare Oakcrossing, London on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, Roberta Sweet passed away in her 83^rd year.

Beloved mother of Margaret Rose (John) Clemens, Cathy (Steve) Robinson, Patricia Delmore (Gary Ko) and Sean Delmore. Cherished grandmother of Kayla (Brad), Patrick (Erin), Christopher, Alexander and Ryan. Dear sister of Lloyd, the late Wayne, Tom, Mary, the late Bruce, Theresa, the late Marie and Veronica. Forever in the hearts of many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Roberta was an avid reader and writer, she loved to attend live theatre and listen to classical music. Roberta will also be fondly remembered for her love of nature along with her kind and gentle spirit.

Cremation has taken place.

Friends will be received at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd., London, Ontario (1 block east of Egerton St.), on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 from 1:00 p.m.-2:30 p.m.

A celebration of Roberta’s life will follow in the Evans Chapel at 2:30 p.m.

followed by light refreshments.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the London Humane Society or the Alzheimer Society in memory of Roberta.
