Jeff passed away suddenly in London in his 55^th year. He will be missed by his daughter Mina Hammond, mom Jane Fleet (Eugene), sisters Jody MacGinnis (Steven) and Meredith Webster (Christian) and as well as several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brother Jason (1988), father Lloyd (2023) and son Joseph Hammond (2019).

Jeff loved Tim Hortons, helping his family, cars and racing with his cousin Chris.

As per Jeff’s wishes, cremation has taken place.

Family, friends and neighbours are invited to attend a celebration of life at the Evans Funeral Home (648 Hamilton Road) on Saturday, October 7, 2023 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.
