Obituary of Cathrine Adel "Cathy" (Cromarty) Whitty

Peacefully, with family by her side at Parkwood Hospital, on Sunday, March 12, 2017 Cathy passed away in her 64th year. Beloved daughter of the late Robert & Mary Cromarty and daughter-in-law of Mary & the late Ron Whitty. Loving wife of the late Ron Whitty (2015), for 37 years; mother of Rob, Ron & Donna (Jeff); and grandmother of Caitlyn & Aidan. Dear sister of Peggy & Sunny (deceased), Louise (deceased) & Larry, Betty & Keith, Linda & Tom, John, Shyraun, Mel & Wendy and Ray & Teresa. Cathy will be remembered by the Whitty family and many nieces & nephews. Visitation will be held at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton St.), on Thursday, March 16, 2017 from 1:30-2:30 pm. A Memorial Service will follow in the Evans Chapel at 2:30 p.m. Interment of ashes will be held in the Spring at Robin’s Hill Cemetery, London.
