Emilia although we had not known each other long, you sure made a huge impact on my life. Thank you for teaching me how to cook your way. I will miss you each and every day. When the angels took you home a big part of my heart went with you. I was blessed to be a part of yours and your family's life these past months.

My dearest Prima Emilia. What can be said of my sweet loving cousin? Emilia was such a brilliant woman with a kind and gracious heart. She was such a central person in our lives growing up. My parents would often turn to her for advice and assistance that she was always willing to share with an open heart. Her passion and compassion were intense. She was driven and truly a force of nature. Her smile and sense of humour were infectious. Emilia was also an observant and generous woman. I recall her combing the second hand shops in London in search of all the perfect pre-treated cast iron cookware that she could find to gift to me. She knew my passion for these rare and difficult pieces to procure. Emilia’s resourcefulness was obvious. I will forever remember my dear sweet cousin each time I use those pans. Beautiful Emilia will be greatly missed by her loving family, and all those who had the honour of knowing her. Dearest cousin, you will be missed by my parents and I. We will always think of you with deep love and respect. May you rest in the peaceful and loving arms of God. Our deepest and most heartfelt condolences to you Primo Angelo and the entire family. May God give you all strength, love, and peace. XOXOXO
