Thank you for all the laughs! You will be very missed my friend. I enjoyed our talks about the good old days of wrestling and roller derby. When I think of the Habs , I will think of you!

I am so very sorry for your loss. Darryl was my Dad's room mate at Chartwell for a few months. Darryl quickly became my Dad's (Elliott Bloomfield) friend and would call the nurse for my Dad (as he had Alzheimer's and couldn't communicate) when he needed help. Even after my Dad passed away my mother and I would go and see my Uncle and always had a chance to say hi to Darryl. Sometimes I would see him at the gas station as he was so very social and loved to get around. He was the kindest and most caring soul. He would fondly talk about his son and so proud of him. He loved the Habs and the Blue Jays and we would talk about Hockey and baseball as he was avid fan. He would chat with my Aunt about the Blue jay's and between the two of them the Jay's really should listen more! Anyway rest in peace Darryl. God bless you and I will always remember your positive attitude while living with so many disabilities. Thanks for everything!
