Obituary of Helen Margaret (Jacques) Knowles

Peacefully with family by her side, at the McCormick Home on Wednesday, April 19, 2017, Helen Knowles, formerly of Brantford, passed away at the age of 89. Predeceased by her husband William "Bill" Knowles (1989) and brothers Lyell, Clayton & Orval. Survived by brother Gordon Jacques of Montreal, sisters Evelyn Blaine of B.C. & Ilene Varga (Bob Sutton) of London, many nieces & nephews across Canada and extended family in England. Helen’s family would like to give special thanks to Dr. Tai & all of the staff at McCormick Home for their kind and compassionate care and also to the Evans Funeral Home for their professionalism & support. At Helen’s request there will be no service. A private family burial will take place beside her beloved husband Bill at Mount Hope Cemetery in Brantford.
