Obituary of Violet May Sullivan
“This life for me is truly past, I loved you all till the very last, Cry not for me, but courage take And love one another for my sake.” Peacefully, at London Health Sciences Centre, University Hospital, on Wednesday, March 5, 2008, Violet May Sullivan in her 85th year. Reunited in heaven with her husband Ross Sullivan (1965). Devoted mother of Don and his wife Linda, Gail Overeem and her husband Peter, Gerry and his wife Yvonne and the late Kathy (1983). Cherished grandmother of Rhonda and her husband Manny, Kimberly and her husband Tim, Mike and his wife Sarah, Stephen, Jay and his wife Katie and Chris. Loving great-grandmother of Accalia, Kourtney, Kalene, Bradley, Jessica, Madisun, Dahlia and 3 on the way and great great grandmother of Alivia. Also survived by brother Lawrence, sister Gladys and brother Floyd. Predeceased by brothers Harold and Don and sister Doris. Friends will be received at the Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St. (between Waterloo and Colborne St.), on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. On Thursday, March 13, 2008, the Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. in the Logan Chapel. A private family interment will take place at Mount Pleasant at a later time. Donations to Heart & Stroke Foundation, London Regional Cancer Centre, c/o London Health Sciences Foundation-Cancer Program, or the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
