Obituary of Mateus Silveira Rodrigues

Peacefully, at Victoria Hospital, London Health Sciences Centre, on Sunday, August 31, 2008, Mateus S. Rodrigues passed away in his 73rd year. Predeceased by his parents Mateus & Mariana Rodrigues and brother Joe. Loving father of Al (Wendy), Norbert (Kelly), Elaina (Frank), Peter, Fatima & Steve. Remembered by his grandchildren Victoria, Nicole & Matthew. Dear brother of Delfina, Manuel & Larry all of California, Mariana, Maria & Virginia all of Portugal, John of Woodstock and their families. “Our father will be sadly missed, he’ll be on our minds & in our hearts always.” Mateus was a longtime member of the Portuguese Club of London. Friends will be received at the Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St. (between Colborne & Waterloo St.), on Wednesday from 6-9pm. Funeral service will be conducted in the Logan Chapel on Thursday September 4, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. Interment in St. Peter’s Cemetery. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
