Obituary of William Crichton

Peacefully, at LHSC Victoria Campus on Monday November 11, 2013 William Crichton of London in his 88th year. Beloved husband of the late Mary Crichton. Cherished father of Ken and Arlene Crichton and the late Karen Crichton of Newcastle and Rod and Rebecca Crichton of London. Loved by five grandchildren Shawn, Chris and Katrina, Alex, Kevin and Thomas. Loved by one great granddaughter Sofiya. Dear brother of Albert and Lynda Crichton of Toronto. Bill will be sadly missed by his nephew Jim and Linda Crichton, his nieces, Beth and Mike Payne, Elma Smart, Jean Niblo, Lorna Sukey and many great nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers John and Joe Crichton and sisters Jean and Sylvia Crichton and a niece Kailey Crichton. Bill was a veteran of WWII. He served with the Highland Light Infantry from 1944-1948. A private memorial service will be held at Logan Funeral Home 371 Dundas St. (between Waterloo and Colborne), on Saturday, November 23, 2013. In memory of Bill donations may be made to the Palliative Care at London Health Sciences Centre Victoria Hospital.
