Obituary of John Bouranakos

Peacefully at Winchester Hospital, Kemptville, on Friday, March 18, 2011, John Bouranakos in his 94th year. Beloved husband of the late Stavroula Bouranakos (1992). Dear father of Pat & her husband Ted Kourakos of Greece, Frank and his wife Angela of Kemptville, Koula & her husband George Kouzounas and Jim & his wife Anna, all of London. Also survived by 13 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 2 great-greatgrandchildren. Friends will be received at Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St., (between Waterloo & Colborne St.) on Monday from 5-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 131 Southdale Rd. W., on Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. with Father Elias Drossos officiating. Prayers will be held in the Logan Chapel Monday evening at 8:00 p.m. Interment Woodland Cemetery.
