Obituary of Phyllis Marks

In London, Ontario surrounded by family, Phyllis passed away on Friday, May 17 at the age of 91. Predeceased by her husband Saul, daughter Lianne, son Ron and sister Selma. She is survived by her grandchildren Alisha and Noah, daughter-in-law Sharon, sisters Eve (Hank), Roslyn (Marty), plus several nieces and nephews. Born Jan. 5, 1922 in Toronto, she married the love of her life, Saul, Aug. 21, 1942. She spent her married life with Saul and family in Hamilton and Ancaster, moving to London later in life. A loving mother and grandmother, she was dedicated to her family. Her generosity extended to friends and family, always willing to help out in a kind and 'behind the scenes' manner. Her interests included art, opera, classical music, gardening, curling, travelling in Europe. Her dog Tanya had a special place in her heart. She will be missed and loved by friends and family. A private family graveside service will be held on Thursday May 23rd at Restmount Cemetery.
