Obituary of John H. Speake

Peacefully at his residence in Stratford on Tuesday, July 1, 2014 John H. (Jack) Speake of London in his 86th year. Beloved husband of Louise (Pyman) Speake. Dear father of Tim & his wife Joyce Speake of Stratford, Susan Speake, Jackie & her husband Jeff Blanchard and Colleen & her husband Philip Gareau all of London. Loved by 8 grandchildren Michael, Randall, Jocelyn, Jeremy, Ryan, Jonathan, Marc and Sean and 5 great grandchildren Madeline, David, Avery, Myles and Mathis. Dear brother of Gerald & his wife Sheila Speake of Oshawa and predeceased by two brothers Daryl and William. Friends will be received at Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St. (between Waterloo & Colborne) on Tuesday, July 8th from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Eastnor Cemetery, Lion’s Head. No flowers by request. A tree will be planted as a living memorial to John Speake.
