With broken hearts, we announce the passing of Winter Eve Mihm, at L.H.S.C.-University Campus, on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at the age of 37. She will be forever missed by her loving mother Jodi and chosen father Keith and remembered by the family she was born into as well as the family who joined her on her journey through this Earth.
