Dear Nikolakakos Family: I met Helen 50 years ago when she hired me at the age of 14 to work at the Malibu Restaurant Dundas Street. I have so many lovely memories and stories of a woman who treated me with kindness and respect during those 7 years. She was a mentor and a friend and when she loved you she did it with all her heart and soul. May your family find peace in all your memories of Helen. Respectfully Esther
