Obituary of Joseph Sommerfreund

Peacefully, with his family by his side at home on Saturday, June 1, 2019, Joe Sommerfreund passed away at the age of 72. Beloved husband of 50 years to Joy Sommerfreund (née Lieberman). Loving father of David Sommerfreund (Holly MacLean) and Julie Sommerfreund. Grandpa of Seth, Saige and Piper. Brother of the late Frances Silverman. Forever in the hearts of his extended family and friends. Joe will be fondly remembered for his loving nature, sense of humour and stimulating conversations, along with his cooking and sharing of meals with his friends and family. Funeral Service will be held at Or Shalom Synagogue, 534 Huron Street, London, Ontario on Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at 12:30 p.m. Interment to follow in Or Shalom Cemetery, London, Ontario.
