Obituary of Josephine "Joey" Grossman

Peacefully on December 2, 2019 at Chelsey Park LTC, Joey passed away in her 89th year, just shy of her 69th wedding anniversary with loving husband Donald. Dear mother of Bennett (Dan), Rick (Ken) and David. Daughter of the late Timmie & Nathan Fox. Sister of Cele (David) Steinberg and predeceased by sister Rifcha Kaufman and brother Ken Fox. Sister in-law to Kenneth (Marcia) Grossman and the late Harris Grossman. Joey will forever be in the hearts of many nieces, nephews & cousins. Joey was a member of Or Shalom Sisterhood and a lifetime member of Hadassah-WIZO and loved spending her summers in Port Stanley at the family cottage. A special thank you to Dr. Rory Crabbe and the caring staff at Chelsey Park LTC (4th floor). Joey and Donald enjoyed the weekly Chelsey Park rehearsals of The Music Makers swing band. Funeral service will be held on Thursday December 5th at 11:00 a.m. at Or Shalom Synagogue, 534 Huron St, London, ON. Burial will follow at Or Shalom Cemetery.
