My sincere condolences to you and your entire family on reading in the newspaper of Jeff's passing. I haven't seen Jeff since we wee young and in our public/high school years but I do remember the good times we shared in scouting and as young men growing up in St. Thomas. May the memories of the happy years you both enjoyed together and the wonderful family you obviously successfully raise together sustain you through this very difficult time and beyond. Unfortunately the current COVID-19 pandemic prevents me from physically attending his memorial services this coming weekend but know this that my thoughts and prayers are with you.

My sincere condolences on the passing of Jeff. My prevailing memory of Jeff will be his quiet but unwavering support that he showed his family and their friends. During our time at University he was always there to support us and I smile when how think about how comforting that was. When I read about his passing I promised myself that I will try to be more like that for my children and their friends. His quiet confidence was very appreciated. I wish you all the best Vidlers, please know that your father, husband, brother, grandfather and uncle will continue to live on in some really great memories. Much love, Matt.
