Obituary of Arthur Edward Pinnell Sr.
Peacefully, with family by his side, at Parkwood Hospital, on Wednesday, July 27, 2016, Art passed away at the age of 80 years. He is survived by his wife Kathy Pinnell (Rhyno). Loving and proud father of Art (Lisa) Pinnell, Kim Pinnell, Mary (Ed) Fountain, Linda Pinnell (Bill Halliwell) & Russell Pinnell.
Cherished and devoted ‘Papa’ to Thomas Pinnell (Nicole) (their children Samantha & Mathew), Melissa Ordish (her children Logan & Lucas), Ashley (Pat) Nesterewicz (their children Jordyn & Sophie), Will Fountain (Amber Whayman) and Katie Fountain (George Evoy) (their children Abigail Evoy, Aubree Evoy & Jordan Pelley). Dear brother to Mae Sisson, Harriette Crocker & Percy Pinnell. Predeceased by several brothers & sisters. Also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Art was a proud, loving & devoted ‘Papa’ to his grandchildren & great-grandchildren, and cherished the time he spent with them. His dedication to children was evident as he coached for many years in the Eager Beaver Baseball Association and he worked many years for Bell Canada. Art was a member of Bell Pioneers.
As per Arts wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral. A private interment will take place at a later time.
