Obituary of Norman Alexander Seward
Gone to be with the Lord Peacefully, with family by his side, after a courageous battle with A.L.S., Norm passed away in his 84th year on Friday, September 3, 2010. Loving husband of Ruby, for 58 years. Norm will be remembered by his sons Stephen & his wife Cindy, Bradley, Mark and David & his wife Kelly. Cherished grandfather of Carrie (Ian) Wright, Christopher, Nicholas, Christina (Chris), Emily & Will and great-grandfather of Jaylan. Dear brother of Irene Steffan, Geraldine Dawson, Gwen Walker, Walter Seward and predeceased by sister Phyllis Attridge and brothers Ronald & Shaw Seward. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Norm worked for 38 years at London Life and was a devout member of St. John The Divine Catholic Church. Friends will be received at the Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St. (between Waterloo & Colborne St.), on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Parish Prayers in the Logan Chapel Tuesday at 7pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. John The Divine Catholic Church, 390 Baseline Rd. W., on Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. Cremation with interment in St. Peter’s Cemetery.
