Obituary of Zelda Brinder
Peacefully at Longworth Long Term Care on Thursday, March 17, 2011 in her 92nd year, Zelda passed away with her niece, Leba Silvert, at her side.
Predeceased by parents Louis and Hannah Brinder, brothers Harry and Morris, and sisters Dora and Ida. Along with her loving niece Leba and her husband Stewart Toll, Zelda is survived by her sisters-in-law Rose and Rona Brinder, and several nieces and a nephew in the Toronto area.
A book-keeper by profession, Zelda was a faithful employee of Vaislers and Grafton-Fraser Clothing stores and The Middlesex County Board of Education.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, March 20, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at Or Shalom Cemetery with Rabbi A. Chorny officiating. Donations, if desired, may be made to a charity of choice.
Special thanks to Dr. David Birch, Dr. Aron Lubczanski and Gloria Sutherland for their compassion and kindness in responding to Zelda’s needs. Heartfelt appreciation is extended to all Longworth employees, especially Linda Sherwood, Helda Golshan and the caring staffs of the Iris neighbourhood.
