Obituary of Madeline Alce

Madeline Alce passed away peacefully at Grandwood Park Retirement Home on Friday, February 8, 2013 and is now in the presence of her Lord. Beloved wife of the late Wes Alce (1995). Dear mother of Barbara & Art Pratten and Catherine & Fred McCutcheon. Predeceased by her children Nancy (1998), Bill (1965) and Karen (1960). Grandmother of Warren & his wife Gianna Pratten, Mohrgan Pratten, Tamara & her husband Adrian Sanderson and Candace & her husband Nolan Pratt. Great grandmother of Luke, Alison, Bridget and Evan. Predeceased by two sisters Evelyn and Shirley. Madeline was greatly loved and will be sadly missed. Friends will be received at Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St. (between Waterloo and Colborne St.) on Sunday from 7 – 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday, February 11, 2013 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Sheldon Dyck officiating. Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Friends who wish may make memorial donations to First Baptist Church or charity of your choice.
