Obituary of Ronald Thomas Connolly
On Sunday, May 8th, 2016, Mother's Day, Ron passed away to join our Mother, Carol (Lichty). What a special Mother's Day gift to us children to see our parents reunited. Our father was 81 years young, and married to Mom for 57 great years. Dad was unconditionally loved by his 5 children, Linda (Joe), Frank (Deb), Karen (John), Paul (Collette), Tracey (Ron), 10 grandchildren, Jason (Shonna), Nicole, Jeffrey, Scott, Shannon, Joshua, Kaitlynn, Cassidy, Elise and Liam. Great-grandfather of Koeby and Bryce. Ron will be fondly remembered by his brothers Greg, Ted and sisters Florence, Betty-Anne and sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
The family wishes to sincerely thank and recognize the loving care and genuine affection given to our Dad by Dr. Kim and the palliative care nurses at Parkwood Hospital. You truly made a loving impact on Dad!
