Obituary of David Clark
Peacefully, surrounded by his family at London Health Sciences Centre, University Campus, on Wednesday, May 19, 2004, David Clark of London in his 88th year. Born February 11, 1917 in Glasgow, Scotland. David served in Holland with Canadian Highland Light Infantry during WWII. David worked with the Public Utilities Commission with the City of London for over 40 years until his retirement. Beloved husband of the late Adeline Clark (1991) (nee Knapman). Son of the late Elizabeth and David Clark. Predeceased by brothers John, Daniel and James Clark. Dear father of Terry Clark, Judy and her husband Dan Lane of London. Beloved grandfather of Krista and Craig Lane. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St. (between Waterloo & Colborne) on Tuesday, May 25th, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, May 26, 2004 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Brian McKay officiating. Interment Woodland Cemetery.
