Obituary of David William Armitage

Peacefully, at his residence with his family & Sadie by his side, on Saturday February 5, 2005. David William Armitage, of London Township, in his 55th year. Beloved husband of Julie. Dear father of Richard & his wife Mandy, and James & his fiancé Cheri Dewan. Loved grandfather of Tucker. Loving son of Joyce & the late Lorne Armitage (2000) and son-in-law of Dwight & Dorothy Henderson. Brother of Frances & her husband Leonard Meharg and Barbara & her husband Don Glassford. Predeceased by brother Richard (1958). Also survived by many other beloved family members. Friends will be received at the Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St. (between Colborne & Waterloo St.), on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be conducted in the chapel on Wednesday February 9, 2005, at 2:00 p.m. with The Rev. Canon Beverly Wheeler, of St. John The Divine Anglican Church, Arva, officiating. Interment later in St. Johns Cemetery, Arva. Donations to the V.O.N. or the Bryanston-Birr Optimist Club would be appreciated by the family.
