Peacefully, surrounded by her family at L.H.S.C. University Hospital on Sunday, March 24, 2013 Despina Bourras of London in her 83rdyear. Despina was born in Cairo, Egypt. Beloved wife of the late Christo Bourras (2009). Dear mother of Emily & her husband Dr. George Vilos of London. Loving grandmother of Angelo & his wife Sonia Vilos, Christo and Kimberly Vilos all of London. Great grandmother of Emilia and Olivia Vilos. Dear sister to Elly Salama & her husband Edgar and aunt to Micheline Salama Abbas of Cairo, Egypt. Friends will be received at Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St. (between Waterloo and Colborne) on Tuesday from 7 – 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 131 Southdale Rd. W. on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at 11 a.m. with Father Elias Drossos officiating. Interment Woodland Cemetery. Prayers will be held in the chapel on Tuesday evening at 8 p.m. Friends who wish may make memorial donations to Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church.
