Obituary of Grace Claudia Yates

At University Hospital, London Health Sciences Centre, on Tuesday, June 16, 2009, Grace C. Yates, of London, in her 93rd year. Predeceased by her parents George and Elizabeth (Pitts) Yates. Survived by nieces and nephew Shirley & her husband Milton Fleming of Sudbury and Christopher & Denise Chapmen, Pamela & Ted Creasey and Wyn & her late husband Jack Bush all of England. Also survived by many great nieces and nephews and cousin John & his wife Deb Wilkins and family. Predeceased by sisters May & Fred Chapman, Hilda & Jack Thorne, Nellie & Matt Holmes, Phyllis & Vern Fleming, Kathleen & Otto Lumburner and by brothers Alfred, Percy and Jack Bush. Grace was a long time employee of Eaton’s. Friends will be received at the Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St. (between Waterloo & Colborne), on Sunday, June 21, 2009 from 2-4 p.m. Funeral service will follow in the Logan Chapel at 4:00 p.m. with The Venerable Archdeacon D. Ian Grant officiating. Cremation to follow. Interment later at Tillsonburg Cemetery. Donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
