Obituary of James Courtney Keenleyside-Richter
Peacefully at home on September 14th, 2011, James Courtney Keenleyside-Richter in his 50th year with his loving wife and soul mate Jan Keenlyside-Richter by his side.
Cherished father of J.C. and his wife Shantel, Courtney and her husband Stephen Rees, Jeff and his wife Allison Hewitt and the late Lori Hewitt (2005). Special Papa to Hunter James. Devoted son of Jean and the late Ron Richter (2011) and Frank Keenleyside. Loving brother of Karri and her husband Jim Bob Fuller and Kelly and her husband Chris Keenleyside-Kendall. Dear uncle of Arielle and Phil Muller and Ethan and Kaylyn Keenleyside-Kendall. Always remembered by his aunts, uncles, cousins and friends and family with Nerds on Site. Predeceased by his father and mother-in-law Ken and Verna Crawford.
James is a devoted and proud nerd who put countless hours into his dedication and commitment with Nerds on Site. James also had a heart for the Dragon Boat racing and volunteered throughout the years timing events.
Friends will be received at Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St. (between Waterloo & Colborne St.) on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. and Thursday from 12-1 p.m. (* Due to construction, please use the King St. entrance) A Celebration of James Life will be held in the Logan Chapel on Thursday, September 22, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. Interment of ashes in Woodland Cemetery. Donations to London Regional Cancer Centre would be acknowledged by the family. Online condolences can be expressed at www.loganfh.ca
