I had only just met Nickolos, a week ago this past Friday as Betty introduced me to Nick at the Home County Musical & Art Festival where Nick had been one of our Food Vendors for a couple of decades! I spent a few minutes chatting with Nick on Sunday to follow-up on that introduction. What a wonderful, generous man; that clearly came through, in just our few minutes of conversation. Home County will miss his participation and I feel I have lost a new friend before we even had the chance.
