Peacefully at Meadow Park Nursing Home on Friday, August 10, 2007 Julia Mary (Osborn) Slater of London in her 99th year. Beloved wife of the late Alvin Dickson Slater. Dear step-mother of Jack Slater & his wife Dorothy of Dorchester and the late Alvena & her husband Harry Ayling, Gwen & her husband Richard Pilgrim and Patricia & her husband Donald Cox. Special Grandma Judy to Mary Beth Hilditch & Janice Coffey and several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. A graduate Registered Nurse at Victoria Hospital, class of 1931; a long time member of St. Michaels & All Angels Anglican Church. A Private family graveside service will be held at St. James Cemetery, Watford on Monday, August 13, 2007 at 11:30 a.m. with Rev. Thomas Bonnema officiating. Interment St. James Cemetery, Watford.
